These beautiful pottery pieces were purchased by my grandmother in the early 1950's and were in general use in her kitchen for many years. Honestly, the pictures look beautiful but let me tell you more about these pieces. I think they are lovely. I've had them since 2001 and I have enjoyed them nestled among other treasures in the china cabinet. However, the pitcher is very heavily crazed inside and so are the bowls, but less so than the pitcher. Additionaly, the smallest bowl was subjected to the dishwasher and so the outer glaze has become very oxidized and dull. Other than that, amazingly, these pieces are wonderful, colorful old timers who've served well and deserve a good home. I still use the pitcher to water my house plants and the mixing bowls for mixing and salads. Please write to me if you would like further details concerning condition.
