Wanted- Vintage Bear Cookie Jar - Info Or Purchase

My (now gone)grandmother's cookie jar was broken by UPS. I would like to replace it. It is light brown, transluced glaze with black eyes, and nose, it is wearing an apron, and the bottom says 014 and USA on it. If anyone can even tell me who the maker is OR where to find such info, that would be a big boon. I could send a picture (of the remains). It was a keepsake. thanks tama
